I had just helped grow a social-first agency from early traction to a $50M sale in under three years—building teams, developing leaders, turning projects into long-term partnerships, and shaping the kind of culture people actually want to stay in.
Then I took a beat—to take care of my family, and myself. And in that space, I realized something simple but powerful:
I still love what I do… I just want to do it differently.
